We are committed to providing you a safe, sanitary, and customized lash application just the way you want it. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING BOOKING POLICY • Please arrive on time. • New clients, please arrive by 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. • Ensure your lashes are thoroughly clean and free from any traces of makeup. • A credit card is required to hold your appointment. You will only be charged if you no-show or cancel within 12 hours. • 25% cash deposit required to hold your appointment if you prefer not to provide credit card information. REFILL POLICY • Appointments must be within 28 days of the last visit. If it's been longer than 28 days or 80% of the extensions are grown out and loose, it will be considered a full set appointment. • IMPORTANT: Clients with existing lash extensions from other lash artists must book a foreign fill or schedule a consultation before booking a refill appointment. If unable to consult, book a full set. $30 extra charge for foreign fills will be applied. CANCELLATION POLICY • Cancellations or rescheduling within 12 hours will be charged a 30% fee. • No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the service price. • In case of a true emergency, part of the fee may be applied to future services. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The fee amount will be 30% of the service price. If a client fails to be present at the scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a "No show" and a fee of 100% of the service price will be charged.
To secure your appointment, a 25% deposit or a credit card on file is required. Cancellation or No show fees will be charged to the card on file.
In case of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of the cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
Please be aware that I do not offer refunds if irritation occurs. However, I will remove the lashes free of charge.
